Set-OS is a product operated by Unit OS SpA, tax ID (RUT) 78.497.936-9, a company incorporated in Chile, domiciled in Chile.
Set-OS is a platform for personally recording workdays, expenses and work receipts. Using the site and the service means you accept these Terms and Conditions. To use Set-OS you must be at least 18 years old.
Set-OS offers a free plan and a Set-OS Full plan that is paid once for the cycle you choose (1, 3 or 6 months), with no automatic renewal: when the cycle ends no further charge is made and the account goes back to the free plan, keeping your data. Before it expires we will notify you so you can decide whether to renew.
The price depends on the country and is shown before you pay. In Chile: CLP $9,990 for 1 month, CLP $26,990 for 3 months and CLP $47,990 for 6 months (VAT included). In other countries you are charged in US dollars: US$10 or US$8 per month depending on the country, with a discount on the 3- and 6-month cycles. Unit OS SpA may change prices in the future with at least 30 days' notice; a change does not affect cycles already paid.
The Full plan is charged through third-party payment gateways (including dLocal and/or Transbank, depending on the payment method you choose). Set-OS does not store card data; it is processed directly by the corresponding payment provider, subject to its own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Set-OS is not responsible for failures, rejections or interruptions of the payment service attributable to the provider.
Because the Full plan is paid in advance and does not renew on its own, there is no subscription to cancel: if you do not pay again, the account goes back to the free plan when the cycle ends. You can delete your account at any time by writing to dudas@wrap-os.com.
Right of withdrawal. You may change your mind about buying the Full plan and ask for a refund within 10 calendar days of purchase (7 days if you buy from Brazil), by writing to dudas@wrap-os.com. We will refund the money through the same payment method. After that period no refunds are made for the period already paid, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they record on the platform (workdays, expenses and receipts). Set-OS is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of data entered incorrectly by the user, nor for service interruptions beyond its control.
Automatic receipt reading with artificial intelligence, overtime calculation and the documents Set-OS generates (such as the workday record, the history or calculated invoices) are an informational aid and may contain errors. Always check the data before using it. They do not replace your contract, your payslip or the law, they are not labor, tax or legal advice, and they are not an official attendance record before the Labor Directorate (Dirección del Trabajo) or any other authority.
We collect the data needed to provide the service: identification and contact data (name, email, phone), identity document, workday and expense data, the receipts and photos you upload, and your location (GPS) when you check in or out. Optional profile data (for example health insurance, pension fund, union membership or bank account) is stored only if you enter it. The details and your consent are in our Privacy Policy.
We use providers to run the service: hosting, file backup, receipt reading with artificial intelligence, payments, notifications, analytics and maps. Which ones they are, what data they receive and from which country it is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data by writing to dudas@wrap-os.com; we reply within 30 days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Chile.

Some automatic system notices (for example emails and error messages) may arrive in Spanish only.
